A bland, grass yard was transformed into an outdoor oasis with multiple leisure and outdoor entertaining options. Mountain Meadow Landscaping collaborated with our friends at Osgood Landscape Architecture to bring this complete Fletcher, NC property plan to life.

With over 1,200 sq. ft. of multi-tiered patio surface connected by extra wide stone step landings, there is no shortage of entertaining and relaxing in this backyard. An extensive plant selection adds vibrancy and privacy, while spot and accent landscape lighting along with a natural gas fireplace expands the usability of the patio areas into the night.

An expansive orchard area with native grass meadows includes a variety of fruit trees and blueberry bushes. A natural locust wood staircase meanders through the orchard to connect to a stream at the lower portion of the property.

Garden fencing was installed to protect an area for homeowners to grow veggies and herbs. Drainage is managed with river rock swales, drain boxes and channel drains to protect the landscape and effectively manage stormwater.
